The Role

As a Senior Environmental Consultant, you’ll take the lead on complex projects and guide the team to deliver outstanding results. You’ll:

Lead projects from proposals to reporting, across hazardous materials, contaminated land, or environmental monitoring.

Mentor junior and mid-level staff, helping them build skills and confidence.

Work closely with clients, providing clear advice and practical solutions.

Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, and tenders.

Manage subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery.

Spot new opportunities and play a role in growing Nova Pacific’s client base.

What You Bring

Degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar.

7+ years’ consulting experience in contaminated land, hazardous materials, or environmental monitoring.

Strong knowledge of NSW and Australian standards and regulations.

Proven project management and client-facing skills.

Excellent report writing and critical review skills.

A full C Class Driver’s Licence (manual).

Licensed Asbestos Assessor (LAA) or Asbestos Awareness Training desirable.
