Harding Insurance Group is a Bunbury based Insurance Broking business that has experienced rapid growth and requires the support of a Broking Assistant. The role is full time and office based however some flexibilities are available depending on applicant and requirements.

You will be working directly with a highly experienced insurance professional representing a unique opportunity for professional growth whilst obtaining greater knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting a Senior Insurance Broker including preparing insurance documentation and following up on client queries

Providing exceptional customer service and developing strong relationships with clients and insurers

Building rapport and trust with new and existing clients with the view to managing a portfolio of business

Lodging and managing claims efficiently and accurately

Data processing and maintenance of insurance records

Providing administrative support

Meeting training and compliance requirements

Managing inbound calls and face to face contact from our new and existing customers by providing exceptional customer service and sales skills.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the general insurance industry desirable

Experience with Winbeat, SCTP, Sunrise & OIT preferable

Tier 1 or 2 qualification of Insurance Broking or willingness for further studies desirable
