💰 Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + Super + NFP Salary Packaging

Are you passionate about supporting, mentoring, and developing clinical teams? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to step into a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) role within a large, fully accredited aged care home.

About the Role:

• Provide education, training, and clinical support to RNs and carers
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and Care Managers to embed best practice care
• Structure: FM → 2x Care Managers → Clinical Nurse Educator → RNs + Carers
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality resident outcomes
• Contribute to a positive learning culture within a supportive leadership team

What We’re Looking For:

• Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
• Strong clinical knowledge and passion for mentoring and developing staff
• Experience in aged care with an understanding of accreditation and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
