Technical Lead – .NET Core, React, Azure

We are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS provider that delivers cutting-edge risk and compliance management solutions to organisations of all shapes and sizes. Their platform helps businesses monitor, manage, and optimise compliance performance across complex environments—and they’re looking for a Technical Lead to join their team.

This role blends technical leadership with Agile facilitation. You’ll lead and mentor a distributed team, set engineering standards, and drive delivery excellence while still remaining hands-on across the stack. It’s a great opportunity to shape the technical direction of a modern cloud-based platform built on .NET Core, React, and Azure.

What You’ll Do

• Build scalable backend services in .NET Core
• Deliver modern, responsive frontends with React
• Design and evolve microservices architecture
• Manage and optimise Azure cloud services

• Lead a high-performing Agile development team of engineers and QA analysts across regions.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, reviews) to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product stakeholders, and leadership to align delivery with business goals.
• Contribute hands-on to development:
• Support DevOps pipelines and CI/CD to improve deployment efficiency.
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI/LLMs into product innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in .NET Core & React.
• Strong Agile leadership experience with the ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native solutions in Azure.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, APIs, and database design.
• Excellent communication skills with experience leading distributed teams.
• Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience with DevOps practices and automation tooling.
• Practical exposure to AI and large language models (LLMs).
• Previous experience working in distributed or remote-first teams.
