Your Opportunity: Support People into Safe, Secure Housing
Join our team as an IHR Case Worker and make a real impact by supporting singles, couples, and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. In this role, you'll provide flexible, person-centred support to help clients access immediate housing options and transition into long-term, secure accommodation.

You'll work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to apply early intervention strategies, strengthen tenancy skills, and reduce housing stress for vulnerable individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred case management to clients accessing immediate housing responses.
  • Support clients to transition from short-term accommodation into long-term, sustainable housing.
  • Apply early intervention approaches to prevent homelessness and reduce tenancy stress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external services to coordinate wraparound support.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, empowering them to develop the skills needed to maintain tenancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service reporting and evaluation.

Requirements for Success:

  • Relevant degree with at least 1 years' experience or less formal qualification with substantial years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of housing systems and tenancy support.
  • Skilled in managing complex caseloads and delivering therapeutic interventions.
  • Professional approach with the ability to maintain clear boundaries.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and service providers.
  • Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
