PPM is a small privately owned landscape and turf maintenance company. The company has been operating for 15 years and has continued to grow at a sustainable rate over this period. We are entering a strong growth period within the company and need to find experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated grounds people to join our team.

Key responsibilities

• Solid knowledge of commercial gardening or mowing practices.
• Experienced in the use of various ride on mowers and small plant and equipment
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
• Timely reporting of any breakdowns or repair work required.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards, procedures and complying with legal regulations and Australia standards.

About you

• Experienced in grounds maintenance in the commercial sector
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Have good problem-solving skills and take initiative when required.
• Take ownership and pride in your various work sites.
• Work with and communicate effectively with a variety of clients.
• Maintain good time management skills.
• A current C class licence and National police clearance essential.
• MR licence would be an advantage.
