Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to contribute to strategic planning, scenario modelling, and informed decision-making.
• Analyse performance drivers and provide insights that support forward-looking business outcomes.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide business planning.
• Interpret trends, performance data, and market conditions to deliver clear financial insights.
• Present management data in a way that connects directly to business objectives.
• Address reporting or data quality issues by identifying and resolving root causes.
• Support improvements in financial systems, reporting standards, and processes to enhance efficiency.

About You

• Proven experience in financial analysis, management reporting, or finance business partnering.
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to prepare accurate forecasts and budgets.
• Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong critical thinking with the ability to simplify complex financial data into actionable insights.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on improvement, efficiency, and innovation.
