Facility Manager – Residential Aged Care

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Facility Manager to lead the operations of a modern medium sized residential aged care community. As the senior leader on site, you’ll ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and empowering a dedicated team.

Your Role

In this leadership position, you will:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility

Provide clinical oversight in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards (as a Registered Nurse)

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and care excellence

Oversee financial, risk, and workforce performance

Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the wider community

Support your team through mentoring, training, and hands-on leadership

About You

You are a passionate, values-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative and caring environment. You combine strong clinical experience with operational know-how and a deep commitment to resident wellbeing.

You will have:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)

Proven leadership experience in residential aged care

Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to high-quality care

Confidence in leading teams and managing compliance and risk

A genuine, approachable leadership style with the ability to foster a positive culture

A focus on continuous improvement, sustainability, and consumer engagement
