Restaurant Manager | Northern Grounds Sunshine Coast

Northern Grounds is a flagship dining destination serving fire-kissed feeds, fresh local flavours, and waterfront good times. We’re searching for a Restaurant Manager who can deliver high-volume, high-quality service with a smile.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the restaurant floor and delivering top-tier guest experiences
• Managing bookings, service flow, and floor operations
• Coaching and developing the FOH team
• Driving consistency in standards and presentation
• Working closely with the kitchen to keep service seamless

About you:

• Proven experience in restaurant or venue management
• Confident leading a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong focus on guest service and creating memorable experiences
• Organised, reliable, and confident with rostering and systems
• A natural leader who thrives under pressure and inspires others
