We’re looking for a qualified and motivated Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our busy, growing team. If you take pride in your trade and are ready to put in the hard work, this is a stable, long-term opportunity with great pay and room to advance.

The Work You'll Be Doing:
You’ll be working across a wide range of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems, including:
• Food wholesale distribution centres
• Hospitality venues and commercial kitchens
• Shopping centres and office A/C systems
• Butcher shops and bakery fitouts
• Coldrooms and hospital kitchen refrigeration

From installations and fitouts to service and maintenance, this role offers variety and challenge for skilled tradies who know their stuff.

We’re a 24-hour service provider, and while you'll be part of the on-call roster, we recognise your time—you’ll be rewarded with bonuses, overtime rates, and well-earned RDOs. For the right person, there are clear pathways to advance your career and take on more responsibility within the team.

What We’re Looking For:
Trade-qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician
Full Refrigerant Handling Licence
QLD Restricted Electrical Licence
QLD Driver’s Licence
Construction White Card
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
A team player who can also support apprentices and junior staff
