The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our Brisbane-based team;

We provide additional training for candidates wanting to expand their skills and stay ahead in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a REFPRO Refrigeration Technician, your role will involve:

Install, service, and maintain industrial and commercial refrigeration systems.

Work on diverse projects across food processing, cold storage, and manufacturing.

Diagnose faults and carry out preventative maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Full ARCtick Licence (RHL).

Class C Driver’s Licence.

QBCC Mechanical (Refrigeration) Licence.

QLD Restricted Electrical Licence.

White Card, CPR & LVR certification.

Experience in industrial or commercial refrigeration.

Ammonia system experience (preferred but not essential).

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, safety-first mindset and ability to work well in a team.
