Qualifications & experience

Heavy Vehicle License – Multi Combination

B-Double Experience

Will be require to complete inductions where necessary

Tasks & responsibilities

Commit to BJR Transport safety standards

Pre-check vehicles for appropriate levels of road worthiness & refueling

Ensure loads are restrained appropriately

Responsible manual handling experience

Positive attitude and motivated to work

Punctual and good work ethic

Select the appropriate route to deliver goods to their destination

Manoeuvre the vehicle into position for loading and unloading goods, and help with loading goods to ensure they are safely secured and are easily accessible

Estimate weight of goods to comply with load limitations; ensure weight is distributed safely

Verify loading documents, check condition of goods and receive certification of deliveries.

Working hours from 5:30am until 2:00pm - 4:00pm.
