We’re looking for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist who’s ready to bring energy, warmth, and a can-do attitude to our Edgecliff clinic. If you love variety in your day and enjoy making people smile, this is the role for you.

What your day could look like

Welcoming patients with a genuine smile and making them feel at ease

Assisting our dentists and prosthetists chairside (don’t worry — we’ll show you the ropes if you’re still learning)

Helping keep the clinic organised — from sterilisation to stock management

Running the front desk: taking calls, booking appointments, processing payments, and keeping everything flowing smoothly

Being the friendly link between our patients, lab partners, and the rest of the team

About you

You might already be a qualified Dental Assistant (Cert III is a plus), or you could be early in your career and keen to learn

You’re confident with people and not afraid to jump in where needed

Tech doesn’t scare you — we use digital systems every day (Core Practice experience is handy, but we’ll train you)

You’re adaptable, reliable, and love working as part of a team

Most importantly: you care about patients and want to help them leave happier than when they arrived
