We’re seeking a passionate, proactive, and people-focused physiotherapist to join our Pro-Active Health team in Hervey Bay. You’ll work across clinical rooms and a fully equipped gym environment, delivering evidence-based care to a diverse client base, supported by a strong multidisciplinary team.

With access to state-of-the-art fitness and wellness amenities—including reformer Pilates, hydrotherapy, performance training studios, and dedicated recovery zones—you’ll be empowered to deliver truly holistic patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and maintain rapport with patients across a diverse caseload.

Deliver evidence-based assessment and treatment in both gym and clinic settings.

Prepare reports for DVA, NDIS, Medicare, and WorkCover.

Provide education to clients, families, and carers, supporting long-term health outcomes.

Collaborate closely with EPs, dietitians, podiatrists, and other allied health professionals.

Commit to ongoing professional development and structured mentoring.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.

Current AHPRA registration.

Current National Police Certificate, CPR, and First Aid.

Strong communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills.

Interest in combining clinic-based physiotherapy with exercise rehabilitation.
