Chandler Personnel is currently looking for a Nursery Hand for our fast-paced horticulture team based in Gembrook Vic 3783

The Role

As a Nursery Hand at Ausflora, you will assist in all aspects of plant production and nursery maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

Propagating, potting, and transplanting plants

Watering, weeding, and general plant care

Loading, unloading, and moving supplies and stock

Assisting with pruning, trimming, and plant health maintenance

Maintaining nursery cleanliness and assisting with site upkeep

Operating basic nursery tools and equipment

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a nursery or horticulture setting is preferred but not essential

Passion for plants, horticulture, and the outdoors

Physically fit—with ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [e.g. 20 kg]

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Team player who takes initiative
