Dans Plants is a well-established and thriving nursery located in the heart of Heatherton, Victoria, Australia. Being the most automated nursery in the country, we take pride in offering a wide variety of plants and decorative pots to our valued customers.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Hand to join our team on a casual basis. This isn’t your average desk job – you’ll be out and about, moving between different areas of the nursery, but your main focus will be assisting our busy packing teams.

What you’ll be doing:

Helping pack plants so they’re ready to head out to customers

Lending a hand in different parts of the nursery (variety is the spice of life!)

Keeping things moving smoothly with a positive, can-do attitude

What we’re looking for:

Someone physically fit and capable of lifting (plants may look innocent, but they can be sneaky heavy!)

A team player who’s reliable and hardworking

Someone who enjoys being outdoors and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty

No experience required as full training provided, but an interest in plants is a bonus!
