Due to the ongoing growth of our business, we are looking to fill multiple positions in our team.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

FOREMAN

Experience as a qualified Joiner/Cabinetmaker within the residential and commercial construction industry.

Oversee and supervise a skilled team of 4-6 factory staff, taking both a hands-on and leadership role in producing high-quality joinery.

Hands on fabrication & manufacture of joinery

Assisting with workload allocation and planning

Supervision and training of staff

Experience in mentoring and supporting trainees, labourers and/or apprentices if required.

Carrying out daily work activities in an efficient, safe and compliant manner

QUALIFIED CABINET MAKERS / JOINERS – multiple positions.

Experience as a qualified Joiner/Cabinetmaker within the residential and commercial construction industry.

Demonstrated experience operating CNC machinery (desirable)

On-site service/installation work (as required)

Assisting in mentoring and supporting trainees, labourers and/or apprentices if required.

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.

TRADE ASSISTANT / LABOURER

Supporting tradespeople with general laboring assistance as required, including assisting with the manufacture of joinery (training provided)

Able to use hand tools and power tools in a safe and competent manner.

Prepare work areas by ensuring they are clean and tidy.

Forklift use - deliver, organise, unload, and dispatch parts around the workshops (forklift licence preferred but not required)

Deliver joinery to worksites

APPRENTICESHIP

4 Year apprenticeship through CIT

On the job training

Willingness to learn and be part of a team

WE ARE OFFERING:

Permanent positions (Full Time), for all roles

Immediate Start.

Training will be provided, if required

Excellent wages based on your experience and ability.

Located in Queanbeyan.

7:30 - 4:00 Monday to Friday.

3-Week Christmas break.

New machinery in a clean and organised factory.
