Specialist Cleaning Lead - (Progression Opportunity)

About the Role

Carry out a wide variety of cleaning tasks including:

Vacate / End of Lease Cleans

Residential Cleaning

Commercial Cleaning

NDIS Client Cleaning

Flexible hours available – we work around your availability.

Package negotiable based on experience and performance.

What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience in vacate/end of lease cleaning or equivalent.

Experience in residential, commercial, or NDIS cleaning highly regarded.

Comprehensive experience across all four cleaning environments is essential: residential homes, commercial offices, healthcare facilities, and industrial sites.

Strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality clean.

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential).

Willingness to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWC).

Professional, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Must be available for weekend work, day shifts, and early morning shifts starting between 6:00-8:00 AM as required.
