We’re an independent upmarket optometry practice on Market Street, right in the heart of Fremantle – and we’re looking for a passionate optical dispenser to join our close-knit team.

Our store is nestled among a hub of Freo's finest boutique cafe's and vintage stores, and we stock a curated selection of limited-edition, handcrafted frames from the likes of Jacques Marie Mage, Anne et Valentin and MOSCOT NYC, just to name a few.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for;

Assisting our clients with frame selection and lens options.

Learning the makes and story of each of our leading frame craftsmen.

Ensuring efficient friendly and professional communication with clients.

Effectively work within a small team of qualified dispensers.

Willing to learn to use of pre-testing equipment, such as the ZEISS iProfiler.

Essential Criteria:

Cert IV in Optical Dispensing or are in training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good time management and organisational skills.

Excellent presentation.

Intermediate computer skills, and willing to learn Optomate system.

Available for work 2-3 days a week, including Saturday's.

Must have full working rights in Australia (e.g., permanent residency or citizenship)
