Job Description

We’re looking for experienced, qualified/licensed plumbers, and 2nd to 4th year plumber apprentices to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role leading a small crew, installing hot water systems under the government rebate program — residential jobs only.

What You’ll Do

Replace existing gas, electric, and solar hot water with Electric Heat Pump Hot Water

Pick up the stock from our Springvale office every morning or after the jobs and drop off the decommissioned old gas hot water once a week.

Maintain van stock with the help of an apprentice

Sign off on completed jobs (the majority of which are done by you)

Lead a small installation team and make sure the monthly installation target is achieved

Attend service calls

Complete all OHS documentation

Liaise with customers professionally on-site

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience installing residential hot water systems for qualified or licensed plumbers. 2nd to 4th year plumber apprentice also welcome to apply for this role.

Valid current gas and water ticket

Your own tools

Manual driver’s license preferred

Current police check, Working with Children Check, White Card, and EWP Licence

Punctuality, honesty, reliability, and self-motivation
