Reach Supports is a mental health community support service in the Brisbane Bayside area, that supports people with mental health and psychosocial disabilities out in the community.

We are currently seeking support workers to join our team - must be hard working, enthusiastic and motivated to help clients achieve their goals

We are looking for someone that has regular availability and who is flexible and reliable. This is a casual role and often requires split shifts.

The role will involve supporting clients in their homes and engaging out in the community, as well as taking them to allied health appointments and social support groups.

For this position you must have your own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.

You must also either have or be willing to obtain a blue card, first aid certificate, NDIS workers screening clearance, as well as a relevant qualification (min cert 3).
