Daily Dough Co, our bold and cheeky doughnut brand, is relaunching in Sydney soon alongside our sister brand, The Cupcake Factory (handcrafting cupcakes and cakes since 2007).
To keep up with demand, we’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who’s energetic, organised, and passionate about helping customers celebrate life’s sweetest moments. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) behind both Daily Dough Co and The Cupcake Factory—making sure every interaction is as memorable as the treats we create.
🌟 What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact via phone and live chat for both consumer and business customers
Recommend the perfect sweet treat, troubleshoot orders, and track deliveries
Deliver fast, thoughtful responses across multiple channels
Handle high call/chat volumes with confidence and care
Process orders, issue invoices, and manage special requirements
Champion customer happiness across Daily Dough Co + The Cupcake Factory
🎯 What You Bring
Reliability, accountability, and pride in your work
A calm, accurate multitasker—even when things get busy
Strong process-following skills to keep operations running smoothly
2+ years’ customer service experience using online tools and systems
A friendly phone manner and genuine love of helping people
Professionalism when handling challenging situations
Bonus points for experience with Gorgias, Shopify, CRMs and Microsoft Office
Background in eCommerce or the food industry = a sweet advantage
