Philipoff Legal is seeking experienced and motivated Lawyers to join our professional staff. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Duties & responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing Contracts in particular special conditions of contract.

Attending to and supervising property and business settlements.

Drafting financing documents.

Wills and Estates

General commercial law estate and possible family law experience preferred but not essential.

Drafting and registration of all land interests including caveats, mortgages, easements etc.

Proven customer service and existing client base will be preferred.

Attention to detail and production of quality legal documents.

Excellent practice management and file management skills.

Business and accounting experience desired but not essential.

Positive and can do attitude and team player.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Experience & attributes:

Minimum of 5 years’ Post Admission Experience

Experience and familiarity with conveyancing

Legal research skills

Professional manner with clients and colleagues

Keen analytical and critical thinking skills

Good negotiation and mediation skills

Ethical approach to legal practice
