About the role -

• Well known food manufacturer based in the south eastern suburbs.
• Casual ongoing contract
• Flexibility to work across both morning and afternoon shifts.
• Monday to Friday, flexibility to work during weekends.

About your duties -

• QC checks along the manufacturing line
• Inspecting raw materials and finished products
• QC tests on their products
• QA documentation work
• Internal and external audits, GMP inspections, verification of processes
• Investigating customer complaints and non-conformances
• Assisting with supplier approval programs, SDS, PIFS, specifications

About you -

• Tertiary education in food science or similar background
• Previous work experience in a similar role (either QA/QC) is desirable
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSANZ
• You will be a quality-focused, enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail
• Have good communication skills and have the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
