About the role

Birds Bike Bitz' is seeking an enthusiastic Motorcycle Parts & Accessories Sales Person to join our team in Morayfield, QLD. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right motorcycle parts and accessories

Maintaining stock levels and product displays to deliver a premium in-store shopping experience

Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately

Assisting with inventory management and online order fulfilment

Providing friendly and knowledgeable support to all customers

What we're looking for

Passion for motorcycles and a comprehensive understanding of Harley Davidson and V-Twin after market motorcycle parts and accessories

Excellent customer service and communication skills especially regarding over the phone enquiries

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment

Relevant sales or retail experience, preferably in the motorcycle industry
