About the Role

As a Client Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing a portfolio of clients and leading a team of talented bookkeepers. You’ll be the strategic link between our clients and their financial clarity—ensuring accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients and understand their unique business needs

Lead and mentor a team of bookkeepers to ensure timely, high-quality work

Oversee financial reporting, including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts

Drive continuous improvement in processes and client outcomes

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting

Strong knowledge of Xero and Excel

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Clear, confident communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven leadership and team management experience
