Drama Teacher - 0.5 - 0.7 FTE approx. (across 5 days during productions)
Commencing Term 1, 2026
At Parkerville Steiner College, Drama is central to the life of the school, supporting young people in their journey of self-discovery and growth. We are seeking a passionate drama teacher, who will guide students with imagination and care.
The Role:
Drama is compulsory for all students in Classes 7 to 10, and an elective in Class 11 and 12. As well as having regular timetabled drama classes, students also perform in a class production each year.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a relatable and down-to-earth human with an ability to work well with both students and colleagues. You will have a strong Drama subject knowledge and an ability to manage a team of dedicated people as part of the class drama productions. Depending on the year level, students perform in various locations, including the Kalamunda Theatre. A desire to learn more and grow as a teacher is essential and the school will support you in your knowledge of Steiner Education and your professional development. You will have the chance to foster personal growth in our students through collaborative efforts with other staff members.

Parkerville Steiner College is a vibrant and growing campus of Perth Waldorf School that currently offers Classes 7 to 10 Steiner high school classes. The school is expanding each year and will offer the full Class 7 –12 Steiner curriculum by 2027.
