About the Role

We are on the lookout for a hands-on part-time or casual Duty Manager to join our leadership team. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across the bar, bistro, TAB, gaming and Bottleshop, while helping deliver an unforgettable customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading and developing team members during shifts

Managing the operations across all service areas including bar, kitchen, TAB, KENO, accommodation, gaming & Bottleshop

Handling end-of-day cash-up, reporting and compliance checks

Ensuring RSA and RCG standards are upheld

Supporting promotions, marketing, and venue events

Driving service standards, team culture, and community engagement

Managing labour within budget and contributing to financial performance

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a licensed hospitality venue (bar/pub/hotel)

Current RSA & RCG (essential)

Lleadership and communication skills

Team player with a flexible, customer-first approach

Reliable, energetic and ready to get stuck in
