We’re looking for someone who’s not only organized and hard-working, but who also enjoys engaging with people. With our shop now open to the public, this role blends customer service on the shop floor with warehouse and logistics responsibilities – making it perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, team environment.

N&S is a family-run business with a proud history of servicing Sydney’s food service scene for over 20 years. We’ve built strong relationships with some of the city’s best restaurants, and now, through our Caringbah shop, we’re excited to bring that same quality directly to our local Sutherland Shire customers.

We’re a small, professional team who value reliability, hard work, and good humour. We’re looking for another strong team member who can lift, move, serve, and connect with our customers while helping keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers in the shop with product knowledge and service

Stock control, rotation, and displays

Picking and packing wholesale and retail orders

Receiving orders and unpacking deliveries

Completing HACCP and food safety forms

General cleaning duties

Occasional deliveries

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in butchery, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred

Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers

Ability to work in a small, supportive team and also independently

Current Australian driver’s license

Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting

Warehouse or picker/packer experience is a plus, but not essential

A love of good food and knowledge of the Sydney food scene is a bonus
