The Job

Renewaworks is helping out one of our long-term clients – a trusted name in the renewable energy and HVAC game – to bring on three Registered Electricians. They’ve got more work than hands and need tradies who know their way around solar, batteries, and HVAC electrical setups.

We’re also on the lookout for 1st and 2nd year electrical apprentices who are keen to learn, get solid site time, and build a real future in renewables.

What You’ll Be Doing

Solar PV and battery installs (residential & light commercial)

Electrical work for HVAC systems (split systems, ducted, etc.)

Troubleshooting and fixing electrical faults

Reading plans, wiring diagrams, and getting stuck into the job

Working safely and cleanly – no shortcuts

Keeping paperwork and compliance tidy

Apprentices: supporting the crew, learning on the job, and putting in the effort

What You’ll Need (Qualified Sparkies):

Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)

Experience with solar and/or HVAC electrical installs

CEC Accreditation is a bonus (or we’ll help you get it)

White Card, Working at Heights, and current driver’s licence

Strong fault-finding skills and good on the tools

Can work solo when needed and pitch in with the team

What You’ll Need (Apprentices):

1st or 2nd year in your Electrical Apprenticeship

White Card and reliable transport

Willingness to learn, take direction, and work hard

A good attitude – we don’t care how much you know yet, we care how you show up
