Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled A-Grade Electrician with solar and battery accreditation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing solar systems and will lead their own team, including apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic systems and EV infrastructure for both commercial and residential projects.

• Lead a team, providing guidance and support to apprentices.

• Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Conduct site assessments and provide technical support to clients.

• Collaborate with the BASCON team to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

• A-Grade Electrical License.

• Accredited in both solar and battery systems.

• Leadership skills with experience in mentoring apprentices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
