A fantastic opportunity has opened for a qualified and experienced Technician to join our state-of-the-art workshop in Gregory Hills.

About the Role:

Carry out diagnosis on Toyota vehicles following manufacturer guidelines

Ensure dealers quality control levels are attained with the aim to Fix It Right

Carry our major repairs and maintenance services in a timely manner

Ensure all customer requests on the repair order are completed to a high-quality standard

Maintain a clean and orderly service shop through the 5S principals

Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

Maintain accurate clocking and reporting on each repair order

Involvement in Kaizen group activities where your experience and input will be valued

Achieve monthly productivity targets as set by the Service Manager

Carry out all tasks required according to standard work procedures

What We're Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is proactive, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team environment.

To be considered, you’ll need:

Full-time Australian work rights (no sponsorship available)

Trade Qualification – Light Vehicle Mechanic

Toyota dealership experience highly regarded

A desire to work as part of a Team & looking to advance your career

A positive "can do" attitude & care about the quality of the work you do

To behave in a professional & courteous manner with both customers and staff

A keen desire to continuously learn on the latest technology

To be punctual, reliable, honest and always act with integrity

Good written and verbal communication skills

Tidy work following the 5S philosophy

E-Safety check (pink slip) license is an advantage.
