About the role

Bojak Brewing is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and experienced FOH Bartender/wait staff to join our small family run brewbar in Dandenong VIC.

We are looking forward to welcoming hospitality gurus who know their stuff on board that are motivated to bring knowledge, passion and experience to our venue.

We are open Thursday to Sunday and you must be available through the festive season in the lead up to Christmas

What You'll Do:

Pour beers, serve drinks, simple cocktails, and food with energy and consistency

Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests

Work as part of a dynamic team to ensure smooth operations

Keep the bar, floor, and service areas clean and organised

What We're Looking For:

Experience in hospitality (bartending or waitstaff )

Craft beer passion & knowledge preferred but not essential for the right applicant.

Exceptional customer service & communication skills

Shows initiative & displays a common sense approach with ability to problem solve

Great communication and customer service skills

Ability to work autonomous & in a team environment with a positive attitude

Current RSA certificate

About us

Bojak Brewing opened its brewing doors in 2018 and we have quickly established ourselves as not only a great place to dine with fresh dough pizzas and 14 taps with our own beers brewed on site but also in local craft bottle shops and bars. After 6 short years our flagship beer 'Calypso' Hazy IPA hit the GABS hottest 100 Beer list which was great recognition by the public we were doing things right!

We craft a range of core, seasonal and limited releases from sours to stouts and everything in between. We believe in quality consistent products and exceptional service is the backbone to our success.
