GreenEdge Turf and Garden Care is a growing business based in Sydney's Northern Beaches. We provide high-quality garden and lawn services and turf establishment projects to the Northern Beaches, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, maintaining residential, commercial and strata lawns & gardens.

The successful individual would demonstrate the following characteristics:

Some experience in lawn and garden maintenance (or relevant transferable skills from landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance roles)

Good natured, approachable manner

Excellent English and communication skills with the ability to work in a small, independent team.

Australian driver's license.

Full work rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)

This is a casual position, conditions can be flexible for the right candidate depending on your circumstances.

Skills that would be advantageous - Knowledge and skills as to how to carry out tasks including gardening; lawn mowing; turf laying; monitor lawn and plant health and apply appropriate treatments; planting, trimming and shaping plants; operating petrol/battery tools (hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, lawn mowers etc); mulching; fertilising; and irrigation

There is the possibility of an apprenticeship or full-time position for the right person, this would then have a completion of Certificate 3 in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens.
