Casual Customer Service / Deck Staff

We’re looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our swim school as casual customer service receptionists and deck staff.

Hours are mainly afternoons and weekends, with the possibility of some mornings for the right candidate.

In this role, you’ll be welcoming families, assisting swimmers, supporting teachers on pool deck, and helping keep our center clean, safe, and inviting.

Duties include customer service at reception, checking attendance, preparing teachers for classes, and ensuring the center is always running smoothly.

If you have swim teacher qualifications or a swimming background, that’s a bonus but not essential. We provide all on-the-job training and support, with clear career pathways into swim teaching, full-time roles, and long-term growth for the right person.

Pay rates: Vary depending on age, level of ability, and experience.
