The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

Driving sales performance & achieving store targets

Leading, coaching & developing your team

Managing stock levels and inventory

Delivering operational excellence and compliance with company standards

Creating a safe, positive, and customer-focused environment

Inspiring your team to provide exceptional service every time

About You

We're looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to motivate a team. You'll ideally bring:

Previous retail management experience (2-3+ years)

Strong background in achieving KPIs and budgets

Experience with inventory management

Automotive knowledge (advantageous, but not essential)

A customer-first mindset and a passion for results

The ability to lead from the front and set high standards
