Basis of role: Casual

Start/Assignment length: Saturday 27th September until 12th October 2025 (4-5 x Junior Shop Casuals), and then at Christmas time 20th Dec until 25th Jan (5x Junior Shop Casuals).

Hours per week: Between 5-25hrs per week (2 shifts a day available, either 0830-1330 or 1330-1800)
Availability: Must be available to work at the Park Beach Holiday Park and be flexible to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly, operating the till (cash and EFTPOS), and ensuring accurate daily balancing of transactions.
• Maintain shop presentation by restocking shelves, rotating stock, and keeping the shop clean, tidy, and welcoming for guests.
• Assist with the hire and return of park facilities and equipment, ensuring accurate records, proper care, and friendly service for guests
• Follow workplace procedures for cash handling, health and safety, and cleanliness to ensure smooth operations in the shop.
• Work collaboratively as part of the park team to create a positive experience for all guests and help where needed.
• Undertake other tasks/duties as directed by your leader – that are within the skills, capability and training of the employee.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Ability to provide two work references
