About the Role

• Lead marketing for key customer segments;
• Set the vision and strategy to drive category growth, availability, visibility and conversion;
• Design and deliver integrated end-user journeys, funnel communications and marketing automation initiatives;
• Manage and mentor one report;
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver commercially viable marketing plans; and
• Ensure execution within tight budget constraints.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years’ marketing experience with a strong focus on strategy execution;
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end customer journeys and marketing automation programs;
• Track record of driving category growth across B2B channels;
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or managing a small team;
• Commercially astute with the ability to work under budget constraints; and
• Postgraduate qualifications (marketing, business) highly regarded.
