About the role

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Operator/Forklift Driver to join our fast-paced distribution centre in Arndell Park, NSW. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment to efficiently move and manage inventory within our warehouse facility.

What you'll be doing

Safely operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to unload, move and stock inventory

Picking, packing and loading customer orders accurately and efficiently

Performing regular equipment checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance

Assisting with the general upkeep and organisation of the warehouse

Following all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Supporting a positive team culture and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Working weekdays from 8:30am to 4:30pm

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience as a forklift operator or warehouse worker, ideally in a fast-paced distribution environment

A current forklift licence and experience operating a variety of warehouse equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The ability to work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities

A passion for providing exceptional customer service
