Job Description

Tasks

Operating food packing machinery to pack various ingredients including spices, grains, and liquids (Food Packing Production)

Pack, sort, and label food products in line with specifications.

Check packaging materials and finished goods for quality compliance.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with workplace health and safety and food safety standards.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies at all times.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Picking and packing meal kits.

Receiving stock from suppliers, and checking deliveries are accurate.

Cleaning and assisting our Engineer to conduct regular maintenance activities.

Following all required processes and helping to improve how we operate.

Skills / Requirements

Previous experience of working with food packing machinery or working in the food packing industry.

A problem solver

Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.

Basic mathematics skills (e.g., weights, measures, and counts).

A proactive mindset — always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.

Pay: $33.19 per hour + penalty rates where applicable
