Bear Electrical is seeking a motivated apprentice, with residential new build experience, to join our team. We are a well-respected and busy electrical contractor, working with various new home builders on the Gold Coast.

As an apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced electricians in delivering high-quality electrical installations, whilst maintaining a professional and friendly manner with co-workers and clients alike.

Your responsibilities:

Assist experienced electricians in carrying out a range of electrical installations on new home builds; including underground lead-ins, overhead connections, rough-ins, fit-offs, testing and fault finding.

Assist with installation of Security Systems including CCTV and Alarms.

Adhere to all relevant safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What we're looking for:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS ON RESIDENTIAL NEW BUILDS.

Currently enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship program and up to date with all schooling/TAFE.

A strong interest and aptitude for the electrical trade.

Motivated and hard working, with good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

A commitment to safety and a willingness to learn.

Manual drivers license with clean driving history.
