At New Farm Deli & cafe we pride ourselves on delivering the authentic Italian experience through exceptional coffee, cuisine and hospitality. As a Barista, you'll be a crucial part of creating this experience for our guests

Key Responsibilities:

Craft high-quality coffee ensuring every cup meets our exceptional standards

Collaborate with the entire NFD team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment

Contribute to the overall customer experience by providing friendly and attentive service

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment

Experience with high-volume coffee making of consistent quality

Proficiency in using a 3-group

A passionate individual who is serious about coffee - No latte art skills required

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service

A minimum (proven) 1 years' experience in making coffee

THE WAITING / SERVICE ROLE - WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Table service experience - must be knowledgeable of service etiquette

· Excellent personal presentation

· Excellent communication skills and must be fluent in written and spoken English

Rostering: Shifts between 6am and through to 6.00pm (between 7 - 8 hour duration)
Applicant must have good availability - Must be available to work weekends. Multiple shifts (25 - 38 hours) on offer.
