Are you a Pool Lifeguard with a positive, hardworking attitude ? Then we are looking for you!

We’re currently hiring for the 2025 - 2026 Summer season, casual employment will be from November 2025 to 31 March 2026.

As a Stonnington Pool Lifeguard at the iconic Harold Holt Swim Centre and Prahran Aquatic Centre, you’ll play a vital role in providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for our community. Candidates need to be available to work a variety of shifts across weekends, evenings and early mornings.

In this role you will:

• Provide effective supervision of aquatic facilities to ensure the safety of all facility users
• Have the ability to remain vigilant, focused, and responsive at all times
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to educate, enforce rules, and respond to incidents as needed

The hourly rate is $44.12 per hour (includes casual loading) + 12% superannuation.

To be suitable for this role you will have:

• Current Pool Lifeguard qualification
• Current Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) certificate
• Current EMPLOYEE Working with Children Check
