About the role

This is a Fixed-Term Casual Role – Summer Contract (October 2025 to March 2026)

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who are available to work a variety of shifts, including opening, closing, and weekends throughout the busy summer season.

Lifeguards are responsible for supervising the pools, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Lifesaving Victoria’s Watch Around Water program and venue specific deployment plans play a critical role in safety and education of patrons, with the Lifeguard responsible for implementation.

Qualifications and Experience

SISSS00133 – Pool Lifeguard Skillset

HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid

Current Working with Children Employee check

Satisfactory National Police Check (funded by SEL)
