About you
You are a highly organised and efficient fitness professional with excellent time management and administrative skills. You maintain accuracy under pressure, manage competing priorities with ease, and consistently deliver high-quality support. You also bring valuable experience in supervising and assessing Allied Health and Human Performance students during practical placements.
About the role
Reporting to the Fitness Coordinator, you will deliver outstanding customer service to all users of UniSA Sport’s facilities and supervise third-year placement students in the gym. You will be responsible for membership administration, supporting daily gym operations, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

To Be Successful You Will Need
- Degree in Human Movement or related field, with ESSA membership or ES accreditation (or eligibility)
- Experience in customer service and delivering fitness programs
- Skilled in demonstrating and correcting exercise technique
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Effective communicator with clients, students, staff and suppliers
