We have a fast growing membership base and timetable and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Pilates Instructor to join our team and inspire our clients through creative, challenging, and safe classes.

The Role:
Studio TRG are seeking a certified and experienced Pilates Instructor (Reformer and/or Mat) to deliver dynamic and engaging classes for clients of all levels. You’ll bring your expertise, energy, and passion for movement to create an uplifting studio experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead safe, effective, and motivating Pilates classes (Reformer and Mat, subject to certification).

Provide modifications and progressions to cater for all fitness levels.

Build strong relationships with clients to foster retention and community.

Contribute to a positive and professional studio culture.

Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness and equipment care.

Requirements:

Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer essential; additional certifications a bonus).

Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude.
