Multi-site Concrete Batcher for Tully & Innisfail - No Experience Needed!

We welcome applicants from all industries - hospitality, logistics, agriculture, retail, mining, health - you name it. If you've got the drive, we'll teach you the rest!

Why You'll Love This Role

• The pay is good! From $32.62 - $37.91/hour and that's just your base! We pay overtime rates and super on top! (Penalties (overtime rates) are: 1.5 X rate after 8hrs and 2 x rate after 10.
• Full-time, Monday to Friday (5am-3/5pm) + paid overtime + Saturday mornings
• No two days are the same - you will be helping cover both Innisfail and Tully concrete plants.

• Learn concrete batching, plant operations, scheduling & logistics

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely batch concrete for agitator trucks
• Operate front-end loader (no ticket? We'll help!)
• Use computer systems to manage orders
• Keep the yard tidy and organised
• Chat with customers and place orders
• Occasionally drive HR trucks (we'll help you get licensed!)

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude & strong work ethic
• Great time management & communication
• Safety-first mindset
• Basic IT skills (Outlook, etc.)
• Loader ticket a bonus, but not essential
