What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising and reviewing work for a portfolio of awesome SME clients
• Rolling up your sleeves with compliance (tax returns, financials, BAS)
• Getting stuck into advisory projects that make a real impact
• Mentoring juniors and being the go-to for guidance and support
• Building trusted relationships with clients (you’ll be more than just their “tax person”)

What We’re Looking For:

• CA/CPA qualified (or nearly there)
• Strong experience in business services / public practice
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others
• Someone who’s comfortable talking to clients and adding value
• Ambitious, motivated, and ready to step up
