We’re currently seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our Mackay team to support a participant with complex care needs under the National Injury Insurance Scheme Queensland (NIISQ). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working consistent daily shifts.

About the role

You’ll support the participant with:

Bowel and catheter care

Hoisting and manual handling

Wound care

Daily living routines and personal hygiene

Emotional wellbeing and independence

Maintaining a safe, supportive home environment

Roster & Hours

Morning shift: 11:00am – 1:30pm (daily)

Evening shift: 6:00pm – 8:00pm (daily)

Up to 37 hours per week available

What You'll Need:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in disability or complex care

NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)

WWCC (Blue Card)

First Aid and CPR Certificate

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Experience with bowel care, catheter care, hoisting, and wound care
