The Bin Guys are on the hunt for a friendly, reliable, and phone-savvy Customer Service Officer to join our busy team! We’re a local skip bin company known for fast, friendly service — and we need someone who can confidently handle a high volume of phone calls and provide top-notch support to our customers. This is a Temp Role with opportunity to go Permanent.

About the Role:

This is a phone-focused position, where you'll be the main point of contact for customers booking skip bins, asking questions, or needing support. You’ll also help manage email enquiries and assist with a variety of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Handling a high volume of inbound phone calls

Booking skip bin deliveries and collections

Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving issues

Managing email correspondence

Supporting the team with day-to-day administration

What We’re Looking For:

Confident and clear communicator, especially over the phone

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

Good computer skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure

Previous experience in a similar customer service or admin role is a plus
